About me

My journey into web design began with an unexpected incentive—a free t-shirt in college! Though I lost it within a week, the experience introduced me to a creative medium that quickly became a passion. Since then, I have been deeply committed to the craft, continuously refining my skills and exploring new ways to create meaningful digital experiences.

My leadership style

  • People, first

I prioritize the well-being of my team, providing support that fosters both their mental health and professional growth. I am committed to being a reliable advocate, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to thrive in their careers.

  • Guiding, not guidelines

I believe in guiding rather than prescribing solutions. My approach is to support my team in doing their best work by asking thoughtful questions, encouraging intentional decision-making, and providing constructive feedback throughout the process.

  • Focus on craft

I strongly believe that the success of a design lies in the details—small imperfections can accumulate and impact the overall experience. With this in mind, I approach every design with meticulous attention to craft, ensuring that each element is intentional and refined. I adhere to the philosophy of "less, but better," prioritizing clarity, simplicity, and meaningful design choices.
